Regular Priced Physical Merchandise

• 3-Day Return Window: You have 3 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• Refund Process: Once your return request is approved and the item is returned and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment.

Digital Downloads (All Sales Final)

• No Refunds: Due to the immediate access nature of downloadable items (such as digital templates, printables, or guides), all digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.

Open Box & Sale Items (All Sales Final)

• Open Box Items: Any physical item that has been opened or removed from its original packaging is considered an open-box item and is strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Sale Items: All items purchased on sale, at a discount, or during promotional events are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for sale items.
